I bought it through Borderlinx (Globeshopper). You need a citibank card to register.
Borderlinx will give you a US suite address so you can purchase items and send them to your US suite address. Then Borderlinx will ship it to Singapore. However some merchants require a US credit card so you can use Borderlinx concierge service. Meaning Borderlinx will purchase the item on your behalf and send it to Singapore.
For KS: Use their concierge service cos KS requires you to use a US credit card to make the purchase.

For my bag, shipping was about $80 - if i remember correctly. It comes in a box with bag nicely wrapped in KS tissue.
