our packed saturday

Too many happenings... that i cant keep up! Life has been going too fast too furious! No time no time... but i'm making precious time to document.

So yesterday Zack and i paid a long overdue visit to an obstetrician at Gleneagles Hospital. Appointment was at 10.30am but we only got to see the doc at 12.30pm! Did a papsmear.. uterus check and all. Zack even came in to view my lovely uterus.. haha. We saw my ovaries.. where our baby will be (if there will be one).. So everything looks great. No infections nothing abnormal. My oven is in fine working order. Temperature excellent for any baking!

It's good to know all is ok cos you just never know wat may be wrong. And really, if God is going to bless us with a little one, we wanna be sure that it's conceived in the most optimal condition. But this checkup cost us almost 300bucks!!! we need to start a Junior Fund! Good to have a headstart before baby dust comes our way.

SHOPPING WITH THE GUYS
We went to town to meet up with Chris and Fu. Spent the whole afternoon shopping for mixer.. mikes... and i dunno whatnots..... Why? COS THE BAND IS BACK!!!!!! :D

Chris brought his potential squeeze along so i was trying to make her feel comfortable. She aint really into such music stuff so we got talking about other stuff. Dammit, she got a Duomo! paid 2.2k for it *faints* I grabbed fu and went.."see what's on her hand!" and he got excited.. hahahhaa.... fu is the man when it comes to shopping. He knows his stuff man.. i think he knows more stuff than i do!

the guys... are so like charbos. We went to Luther at Peninsula.. spent like an hour there... then off to Swee Lee at Bras Basah... then to another shop there.. and back to Peninsula! and finally, zack bought the mixer......... *shake head* he better thank the stars he got a patient wife... If only he could exercise such patience while shopping with me....

We went back home while Chris sent Jocelyn back then to Fu's and back home to pick up the equipment. Then to our house for the amps, cabinet and head. While waiting for the guys, i cleaned the house alittle and we set up our Christmas tree! :D This is our second time setting up our Christmas tree in our home. How time flies.. Zack said something so sweet and touching.. :)

We all then proceeded to Marky's for the final setup!

In the midst of jamming, Chris made an announcement. He will be joining the band!!! He told me the good news earlier and i know Zack will be over the moon :) I was so incredibly happy i almost had tears in my eyes.. dammit, i sure am getting hormonal these days..

While watching zack fiddle with his fender while jamming.. i saw on his face. The sheer joy, the contentment. He loves it.. the music.. the jamming.. the guys.. And i know i'm never gonna take this away from him. Even when we start a family with commitments all kicked in. Why.. even i love them!

oh! and he said he's writing me a song! We had quite a tussle with the book he wrote the lyrics on.. he refused to let me read it.. hahaha.. also cos that was where i pen some stuff for him! And he read it!! arggghhhhh!!
