no no.. nothing helped.
not warm milk. not wheat crackers.
woke up at 3.30am for a toilet run.
and has been up ever since!
not even the luxury of drifting in and out of sleep..
but eyes-big-big-staring-into-the-dark..... for 4 blardee hours!
when my alarm rang at 7.30am, i threw down the white hanky and got ready for work.
sheesh.
so please please...... 5.30pm please come quick....
and tonight please please... let me sleep.....
